On November 3 and 4, the International Association of Broadcasting – IAB held its 50th Ordinary General Assembly in the city of Brasília, Brazil, organized by its Institutional Member, the Brazilian Association of Radio and Television Broadcasters – ABERT.
During the meeting, several topics of great importance to broadcasting were addressed. Resolutions concerning Costa Rica, Cuba, El Salvador, Mexico, Nicaragua, Uruguay, and Venezuela were deliberated and approved.
