IAB´s Conference on World Press Freedom Day
On the occasion of the commemoration of the 31st edition of World Press Freedom Day, UNESCO and the government of Chile organized a Seminar that took place from May 2 to 4 in Santiago, Chile, at the Gabriela Mistral Center.
IAB had a special participation with the presence of Dr. Paulo Tonet Camargo, President of IAB, Dr. Oswaldo Quintana, General Director of IAB, Dr. Héctor Oscar Amengual, Honor Partner and IAB Consultant, Mr. Gustavo Piedra Guzmán, Vice President-Treasurer of IAB and on behalf of our Partners in Chile, ANATEL, ARCHI and Compañía Chilena de Comunicaciones (Radio Cooperativa), represented by their Presidents Pablo Vidal, Cristián Gálvez and Luis Ajenjo, respectively.
We also counted with the presence of Professors Rose Marie Santini and Mario Luiz dos Santos Borges, from the Universidade Federal do Rio de Janeiro, who presented the Study on the subject of “DESINFORMAÇÃO E CAMPANHA ANTI-IMPRENSA”.
